CLOW FRANK 'BILL' Formerly of Broxbourne and Clacton-on-sea. Passed away peacefully at Princess Alexandra Hospital on 15th February, 6 days short of his 93rd birthday. Beloved father, father-in-law and grandfather of Dorothy, Richard, David and James. Much loved friend of Louise. Funeral to take place at All Saints Church, Hertford at 1pm on Thursday 27th February.
